The Coaldale Copperheads gave out some treats and had an opponent play a few tricks in a weekend split.
It all started with a 4-3 loss to Strathmore on Halloween, as a tricky second period spooked the Copperheads on the road.
Strathmore led 1-0 after 20 minutes and poured it on in the middle frame, as the home side skated to a 4-0 lead.
Trey Schofield made it 4-1 with a shorthanded goal with only six seconds left, assisted by Brinley Degenstein.
