Mountain View Colts and Town of Didsbury Awarded 2027 Hockey Alberta Junior B Provincial Championships

DIDSBURY, AB — The Mountain View Colts Junior Hockey Club is proud to announce that the Town of Didsbury has been selected to host the 2027 Hockey Alberta Junior B Provincial Championships.
The tournament will bring championship‑calibre Junior B hockey to the Didsbury Memorial Complex, creating an exciting opportunity for the community, local businesses, volunteers, and hockey fans to come together in support of one of Alberta’s premier amateur hockey events.
Didsbury’s successful bid showcased the community’s strong hockey culture, the quality of the Didsbury Memorial Complex, and the dedicated local support required to deliver a first‑class provincial championship. Organizers believe the event will not only highlight elite Junior B competition, but also shine a spotlight on the community and provide a memorable experience for teams, families, and fans from across Alberta.
