The Mountainview Colts are looking good coming into the Heritage Junior Hockey League playoffs starting Friday, having won 11 straight games to wrap up the regular 2025-26 season, says coach Ron Doig.
“The boys have been playing great hockey since Christmas,” Doig told the Albertan. “The team is really buying in on roles and systems and have been out-working teams in every game.
“Our powerplay and penalty killing has been much better since the break and has been biggest difference for us.”
